Sept. 24th: Full City Council Event: Council Listening Session on the Mayor’s proposed budget
with seven councilmembers and Council Chief Budget Officer Jay Willms
Tuesday, September 24th, 5:30 pm, El Rio Vista Community Center, 179 Robie Street.
There will be a facilitated public hearing to hear from the community, and each resident will be allowed 2 minutes to speak. Written comments can be submitted any time to [email protected]. This event will be broadcast on Comcast channels 18 and 859 and livestreamed on the City of Saint Paul's YouTube channel.
Sept. 26th: Ward 2 Event: 2025 Budget Proposal Community Conversation
With Councilmember Rebecca Noecker and Council Chief Budget Officer Jay Willms. Thursday, September 26th, 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Linwood Rec Center. 860 St. Clair Avenue. Come hear highlights of the Mayor’s 2025 budget proposal and share your thoughts on what should be prioritized in next year’s budget.
