The West Side Community Organization’s Land Use Action Circle is organizing a summer of engagement for Robert Street as a thriving, community-centered destination, not just a place to pass through. To Learn more about the MnDOT Robert Street Project click here.
This meeting is Thursday, August 22nd, from 5:00pm - 6:30pm. We’ll have snacks at 5, and then start the meeting at 5:30, at the 88 Cesar Chavez Street - Community Room, St. Paul.
This is the concluding event of the four part series -
WSCO has joined with the U of M’s Minnesota Design Center to create an interactive co-design process by mapping and contributing design ideas. Our partnership with MDC gives us an opportunity to bring ideas to MnDOT prior to the renovation project - to share our ideas and what Robert Street neighbors desire for the West Side.
Minnesota Design Center will present the 'Active Wall Mapping Exercise' as a community engagement event. Community members will be able to contribute design ideas on a large scale map of the Robert Street MnDOT project. Click Here for an overview of the draft MDC proposal.
