Did your family grow up on the West Side Flats? Join the West Side Community Organization for a community meeting about our Flats to the Future Campaign, next steps, and ways to get involved.

Over the past three years, we've been gathering and building community to uplift the voices of West Siders who were displaced from their homes on the West Side Flats in the 1960s when the neighborhood was torn down to build an industrial park. We've gathered oral histories, formed a community advisory council, and partnered with researchers to release an 86-page report on the impacts of displacement. We invite you to join us to learn about progress on our pushes for accountability from the City and Port Authority, and opportunities to organize with us for a future free from displacement on the West Side.
