WSCO invites you to a family friendly Halloween Trick or Treat with candy, dancing, face painting, and street theater! Free! Sunday, October 31st from 4:30PM-7:30PM at 88 César Chávez.
We'll have candy for the kids and get-out-the-vote information for adults.
