Immigration Resources

The Hummingbird Network is a community-led rapid response initiative designed to protect, support, and empower immigrant and BIPOC families on Saint Paul’s West Side. Guided by the values of dignity, solidarity, and collective care, the network mobilizes neighbors to respond swiftly to immigration enforcement, community crises, and acts of injustice.

Like the hummingbird, small yet fiercely courageous ,this network represents the power of many individuals acting together to defend their community. Through coordinated communication, legal observation, and the sharing of resources and information, The Hummingbird Network ensures that no one faces fear or isolation alone.

Our vision is a neighborhood where every family feels safe, informed, and supported, where we move not in fear, but in collective strength.
