Join WSCO, Friends of the Mississippi River, the West 7th/Fort Road Federation, Highland District Council, and St. Paul Bird Alliance for a community town hall with Mayor Melvin Carter.
This gathering was sparked by community concerns about the recent Pier Foundry rezoning decision, which shifted a riverfront property from future mixed-use to industrial without neighborhood consultation. The rezoning is just one of several pressing questions around riverfront development that residents want to raise directly with the Mayor.
This is an important opportunity for neighbors to come together, share perspectives, and discuss the future of our riverfront with city leadership.
