If you live, work, commute, or own a business along Robert Street, or want to help guide future development in the area, join us for a workshop on Thursday, November 5 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss what comes next.
Future development along Robert Street is guided by zoning, the City’s rulebook for what can be built where. The City of Saint Paul wants your input about how we can use zoning to help the corridor grow in a way that supports community goals and investment in public transit.

The workshop will focus on the planned G Line bus rapid transit route on Robert Street from Plato Boulevard to Cesar Chavez Street, east to State Street, and south to Annapolis Street via Robert. Initial recommendations will be available for review online ahead of the workshop, and no knowledge of zoning is necessary to participate.
The evening will include a group review and facilitated discussion of proposed Traditional Neighborhood District zoning changes. This will be an interactive and participatory event – please arrive by 6:00 p.m. and plan to stay until 7:30 p.m.
