Join us to share your input on short-term traffic and pedestrian safety improvements!
Our neighbors have been raising the alarm about the intersection of Concord and Barge Channel Road. Cars speed down Concord, and it's hard to see oncoming traffic when you're turning out of Barge Channel. There's also no crosswalk to reach the bus stops.
In collaboration with our partners from MN Design Center, we'll map out what would make this intersection safer — whether that's trimming bushes for better visibility, adding crosswalks, filling potholes, installing a speed bump or speed tracker, or other ideas you bring to the table!
Our resident leaders with WSEJ will then take what they hear directly to our state representative, city council, and Public Works to push for these changes to be made.
