WSCO Board Letter on Stryker Zoning Study

The WSCO Board has submitted a public comment letter to the Department of Planning and Economic Development regarding the Stryker Zoning Study.

The letter can be viewed here.

 

The intent of the letter is to support an increase in potential housing options in the neighborhood, recommending zoning RT2 (single family, duplex, and town homes) along Stryker Ave south of Morton and RT1 (single family and duplex) along Winslow and Hall south of Morton.

The public comment period is open until Monday, July 29th at 4pm.
