Happy Pride! In the face of increasing attacks on the LGBTQ community nationally, we are proud to continue joyfully organizing with our neighbors to create a welcoming and vibrant community for all West Siders. 

Check out these free, family-friendly events with our West Side Trans and Queer Community (TAQC)!

• Our June 23 event has been rescheduled to September 8: join us for a Bird Walk with Monica Bryand of the Urban Bird Collective. Meet at the Cherokee Park basketball courts at 5:30PM.
• June 24th: we’re hosting a discussion about LGBTQ health with West Sider Dr. Kelsey Leonardsmith. Meet at Riverview Public Library from 2:00PM-4:00PM.
• July 15: Queer Artist Market on the lawn by Backstory Coffee from 12:00PM-4:00PM
