Saint Paul Public Library is developing a new facilities master plan that will guide the
renovation and use of our buildings to meet the evolving needs of the community and
advance our mission of welcoming all people to connect, learn, discover and grow.
Building on the community insights outlined in the library’s new strategic plan, the
facilities master plan will focus on technology and children’s learning at three locations:
Hamline Midway, Hayden Heights, and Riverview. These branches have not been
renovated in more than 30 years.
