West Side = Best Side! Join us for this month's West Side Voices Forum. Get involved in your neighborhood and make a positive difference! Tuesday, July 12, 6:00pm-8:00pm, outside the Riverview Public Library at 1 George St E.
This month, we're talking about:
- Redesigning the Riverview Library
- How to speak out about a new sewage incinerator
- A new railroad merger and how it could impact our health & environment
We'll also have breakout sessions focused on our action circles, including Housing Justice, Health & Environmental Justice, Land Use, and Community Care.
At the end of the meeting, participants are invited to share any announcements that could be of interest to our neighbors!
We'll also be introducing new WSCO staff members!

Vengan a la reunión mensual del barrio, Voces del West Side. Involúcrate en el barrio, y haz un cambio positivo! Martes, 12 de julio, 6:00pm - 8:00pm, afuera de la biblioteca Riverview, 1 George St E.
Participa para tener voz en las decisiones del barrio:
- Influye el futuro de la biblioteca
- Como alzar la voz sobre un nuevo incinerador de aguas negras
- Un nuevo plan de ferrocarril que podría amenazar nuestra salud y medioambiente
Además, habrán pláticas en grupos pequeños para cada uno de nuestros "Circulos de Acción": Vivienda, Salud y medioambiente, Uso del suelo, y Apoyo Comunitario.
Al final de la reunión, ofrecemos espacio para que compartan anuncios de interés para el barrio.
